Greg & Debby Wiley, DSM Directors

As very young believers in Jesus, and just two weeks after the Wileys were married, God spoke to them, asking them to surrender their lives to His service as missionaries! Their response was, “We’ll go anywhere, we’ll do anything, as long as we know that it’s YOU!” God responded to their heart cry, and the adventure has never ended, as they’ve served in the farthest reaches of the planet! They joined the international missionary organization, Youth with a Mission (YWAM), with whom they worked over a period of more than 33 years, including 12 years in the inner city of Amsterdam, and 11 years in India.
Greg and Debby's experience in training, teaching and equipping has extended to 40 nations over the last 50 years, with a focus on mentoring, prayer, leadership and discipleship training. Their heart and vision is to equip believers to know God better and step into their God-given purpose so they can impact their world with the Gospel of the Kingdom and be a part of seeing Jesus’ Great Commission fulfilled locally and in the nations of the world.
The Wileys have established a ministry based in East Tennessee called THE HUB – GREAT COMMISSION EQUIPPING. They serve on staff as Missions Pastors for Heritage Fellowship in Jefferson City, and have established and continue to lead Destiny School of Ministry, a training program hosted by Heritage Fellowship. Greg has authored Beholding the Beauty of God: a Biblical Reference Guide for Meditation on the Names and Character of God, available in English, Hindi and Korean. His second title is a major devotional volume on the life of Jesus called Jesus inSync: a 150 Day Adventure into the Life of Jesus. Debby has authored Ears to Hear: a Disciple’s Guide to Hearing God’s Voice, available in English and Hindi. They just finished together, and recently published, a 60-Day devotional on the character and nature of God called Incomparable, which, along with Jesus InSync, will be used as curriculum material during DSM 2023.
The Wileys have just celebrated 50 years of marriage and have two adult children.

Mark McConkey

Mark graduated from DSM in April 2012 where he discovered a gift for teaching. He has been on staff with DSM here and overseas in Uganda, sharing DSM with pastors from central and east African nations. His desire is to help others discover more about the awesomeness of Christ.

Salvation in Jesus Christ is Mark’s greatest blessing followed by being married for 28 years to his wonderful wife Kimberley and being a father to his children Christopher, 26, and Emily, 18. Also, It has brought him great joy to be "Uppa" to his grandkids, Gabrielle and Mason.

Kimberley McConkey

Kimberley McConkey graduated from the first and only nine-month-long DSM class in 2013. She enjoyed serving as an intercessor for other DSM classes and students. Observing the beneficial changes DSM has made in the lives of her own family, fellow DSM students, and many other participants have drawn Kimberley's interest to serve on staff this year. What a blessing awaits her to be any part of helping students discover more of Jesus, grow in their giftings, and walk in their God-given destiny.
Kimberley has served during the 25 years she has attended Heritage Fellowship Church with the youth, children, meals, and multiple prayer ministries. Legacy Theatre has been an outlet for her sense of humor and emotions to connect with others. Anytime she has the chance to spend time with her family she does. God has surprisingly swung the doors open to her heart to include even more family she never expected but always wanted. Loving others is life to Kimberley.

Teresa Douglas

Teresa Douglas has been part of DSM ever since it came to life in January of 2011. A graduate of the first class, she has helped staff subsequent local classes and assisted in DSM Intensive programs. She was part of the DSM team that went to India in December of 2011 and the team that took DSM to Jinja, Uganda in June of 2015.
As an Army wife for many years, Teresa and her family traveled the United States only to come “complete circle” back to her native East Tennessee. Moving every few years afforded her the opportunity to serve and minister in many different arenas, such as Client Services Director of a local Crisis Pregnancy Center, Office Manager of a new church start, and Prayer Ministry Coordinator for two churches. Currently she serves Heritage Fellowship through intercessory prayer and the creative endeavors of the church, including Costume Director for Legacy Theater.
Teresa and her husband Don have been married for 50 years and have two children and two grandchildren. An admitted book-a-holic, she also enjoys sewing, music, photography and working in her yard. One of the greatest gifts God has given her is the desire and ability to create, whether it is a costume, a painting, a drawing or even a worship flag. God’s nature is her inspiration and her joy!
